FaithSignal.com will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

For non-defective products, you may also return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange. However, please note that the item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return for a non-defective product, please reach out to our customer service team for further instructions. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
